A free code editor that pays you to use it.

A complete IDE — Monaco editing, real terminals, git with blame and history, workspace search, plain-English compiler errors, a preview server and live collaboration. Four AI providers run on your own API key. It is funded by advertisers instead of a subscription, and it credits you half of what the advertiser paid on an append-only ledger you can audit. No trial, no paid tier, no seat count.

A personal AI assistant that runs on your own computer.

Most AI can only talk. Jace gives the brains — your LLM — the muscles to act: it opens apps, manages files, runs commands, browses the web and automates the work you repeat. Talk to it or type. Conversations are stored locally, in a folder you choose.

About the studio

Bluethenics is an independent software studio. It is small, self-funded, and builds desktop and web software for people who would rather own the important part of a tool than rent it.

The three products look unrelated and are not. A code editor that pays the developer instead of charging them, an AI assistant that runs on your hardware with the model you chose, and a founder network that is curated rather than sold by the seat are the same decision applied three times: the person using the software should keep the part of it that has value.
